Meeting with a client
We hear out the business idea of our client. We learn the objectives and tasks set for us, and prepare a proposal with the terms of cooperation for the client. Then we sign a contract. The client makes an advance payment, and we start our work. We provide a personal project manager, and form a team for your project.
Carrying out the research
We dive deep into the client’s business, and conduct interviews. The research of a product/service, market, trends, target audience, competitors is carried out. CJM (a tool for revealing the contact points with a product) is created. The mood-boards of the target audience are put together. Who is a customer? What surrounds him/her? What is the customer used to seeing? We create and build the brand specifically for the customer.

The research results lead us to the brand platform, positioning, and metaphor. This stage gives the client an understanding why he or she should use the services of the company or buy the product.
We prepare the description of values given to the customer by the producer, and create images which are clear to the audience and are based on the metaphor.

We compose the mood-boards on style and target audience, and agree upon the direction with the client.
